A wonderful social services agency with incredible leadership. Like Deluxe, a success needing a greater understanding of its "why" so that its employees would have a sense of purpose and so that they could give everyone in the organization more responsible (but not more work!). "More independance" became the rallying cry for both employees and the clients/patients they served.
