Episode 13: Start With Purpose, Part 1 – Purpose before "preparation"

I'm usually asked when the right time to develop your Purpose is in one of two contexts:

1.  The organization feels they have to get some things in place first before they develop their Purpose, or

2.  They are hiring a CEO and are wondering if they should do it before or after that person is hired.

I will deal with #2 in a separate video. But here is the spoiler alert in both cases: Purpose guides everything therefore it should be the very first thing you do. In less than three minutes, I explain in this video the advantages he will be denying your organization by delaying Purpose and the advantages of doing it first.
