Inspire people who are critical to the

success of your organization to achieve more

Over 400 CEOs are using the Blueprint Process to create a clear, concise and compelling purpose – in 7 words or less – that inspires people and motivates them to achieve more.

    Tell me more
  • CEOs often share these frustrations, even if they keep it to themselves:

    1. Employees are paying lip service to the plan
    2. Executive teams are going off in all different directions
    3. Communcations are unfocused and unpersuasive
    4. The board is unsupportive
    5. External partners are unenthusuastic

Just one of these factors will seriously impare your ability to generate revenue. All five together are a recipe for disaster that will live in your head 24/7!

If this is how you feel, Blueprint offers a whole new way to look at your business.

Over 400 CEOs have used the simple, 3-step Blueprint Process to create a clear, concise and compelling purpose that inspires people – employees, leadership teams, boards and external partners – to achieve more.

Here's how the 3-part Blueprint Process works:

    1. Purpose

We start by defining your organization's purpose in 7 words or less. This clear, concise and compelling expression becomes the strategic filter that guides everything your organization does and says. For your executive team, every one of your employees and your board, your purpose guides every decision they make and every action they take. This ensures that all of the activities of the company are working in unison toward a common goal – your purpose!

    2. Business Architecture

We use your purpose statement to guide everything you do. We hold it up to every material part of your business and ask, “Is this part aligned with your purpose?” If it is, that’s great and we don't touch it. If it isn’t, we determine how that part of your business needs to shift in order to be in alignment with your purpose. This is how we get every part of your operations working in unison towards a common goal.

    3. Purpose Story

Once we have taken care of the substance of your organization – its Business Architecture – we use your purpose to create your Purpose Story. You will use your Purpose Story to guide everything that your company says, both externally and internally, including the development of your branding, marketing and sales, advertising, digital development, employee communications, investor relations and board communications. The Purpose Story enables people who promote the organization and its products/services to communicate their full value for the first time.

At the end of the Blueprint process, you will have

    • A clear, concise and compelling vision of your organization's future expressed in 7 words or less
    • Buy-in from your employees, Board, shareholders and external stakeholders
    • All of the "parts" of your business working in unison towards a common goal
    • Communication about the organization that is focused, clear, inspiring and persuasive

    Ken Aber

It is with profound sadness that I let you know of the passing of my friend and business partner, Ken Aber. He was a man of enormous love, generosity and inspiration, with a big brain and an even bigger heart. His 7 words or less are “Causing Wow” and for those of you who were lucky enough to know him, you know he lived that purpose every day. To honour Ken and all of the good that he stood for, please give generously to the Women's Brain Health Initiative.
